Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and controls the parts inventory level, ensuring an adequate inventory and efficient use of dealership space.
• Reviews department expenditures for accuracy, reconciles with vendor statements and provides payment authority.
• Establishes and fosters relationships with outside sales representatives, vendors, and parts suppliers.
• Promotes effective communication across the dealership to best serve customer’s needs.
• Reviews vendor products, determines which lines to carry and negotiates profit margin.
• Assists with training and managing parts employees to ensure acceptable productivity and adherence to dealership’s objectives and policies.
• Able to develop strong internal relationships with our sales and service departments. 
• Able to perform other duties as assigned in order to enhance and maximize the performance of the dealership.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Must have a Valid and clean Driver’s/ Motorcycle License
• Knowledgeable on all makes of motorcycle parts and able to resource and inventory as needed.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers with a warm and professional welcome (in person and over the phone).
• Answer multi-line phones and route calls to appropriate department.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend waiting at the dealership.
• Assist Management Team with various clerical, administrative, and other office duties as needed.
• Refer customers who have specific questions to appropriate co-worker.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be service driven with demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional appearance a must.
• The ideal candidate would be highly organized and able to multitask without getting flustered.
• Must be high energy with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.

This position would answer the phone and greet customers as they come in the dealership. We want our customers to hear your smile through the phone and see it on your face when they walk in the door.

Great phone etiquette and ability to multitask (answer phone and take messages) is a must. 

This position would requires sitting for periods of time in a showroom filled with motorcycles, which means it can be loud at times. 

Job Responsibilities:

ï‚· Moving motorcycles from warehouse to service or showroom.

ï‚· Prep bikes for showroom floor gas and wash

ï‚· Assist technicians with repairs and daily shop tasks

ï‚· Unload motorcycles from trucks, trailers, and pallets

ï‚· Assist with other various duties as directed by the service manager

Job Requirements:

ï‚· High School Diploma or equivalent

 Must have a Valid and clean Driver’s/ Motorcycle License

ï‚· Experience riding and moving motorcycles required

ï‚· Willingness to take initiative

ï‚· Ability to handle multiple tasks easily

Mental and Physical Demands:

ï‚· Frequently moves motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to over 950 lbs.;

ï‚· Frequently loads and unloads vehicles being delivered;

ï‚· Occasionally work more than 8-hours per day, and on the weekends;

ï‚· Occasionally move or transport objects that weigh > 50 lbs.

ï‚· Occasionally operate hand-held, and other machinery or equipment.

Working Conditions:

ï‚· Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.  
• Service Department Operations,  Customer Service
• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible. Continually improve this “efficiency†skill.
• Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 100% as possible.
• Accept work assignments from Service Writer/Manager.
• Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known.
• Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
• Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction. Notify Service Writer/Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of the delay.
• Keep work areas as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
• Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualifications by completing any necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager.
